  • Drive sales growth through efficient store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, minimize shrinkage, and provide actionable insights on market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Store Operations & Brand Experience:
    • Ensure the store's visual merchandising, cleanliness, and ambiance reflect the brand's luxury identity, adhering to company standards.
    • Implement seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and new collection launches as directed by head office, maintaining a dynamic in-store experience.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
    • Deliver exceptional customer styling guidance for sarees, blouses, and accessories, fostering long-term relationships and promoting loyalty programs.
    • Handle escalated customer queries efficiently, ensuring smooth exchange/return processes and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff, stylists, and support personnel, promoting a collaborative work environment and driving team performance.
    • Monitor staff progress, set targets, and conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Inventory Management & Reporting:
    • Oversee stock movement, replenishment, tagging, and barcoding, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing losses.
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales and footfall reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing & Engagement:
    • Develop and execute in-store events such as fashion showcases, draping workshops, and wedding collection previews, enhancing the customer experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing to coordinate influencer visits, live streaming, and customer engagement activities, leveraging social media platforms.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with billing, GST, and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
    • Maintain operational excellence within the store, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
