Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business growth in procurement operations. This is a B2B sales role requiring strong relationship-building with contractors, project managers, architects, and procurement teams.

Sales Focus:

  • Identify and acquire new contractors and clients for interior materials and products
  • Develop and execute a structured sales process with CRM tracking and reporting

Relationship Building:

  • Built lasting relationships with business owners, procurement managers, and site execution teams
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/materials

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, office furniture, procurement solutions, or allied industries

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong business development skills with proven track record in closing B2B sales
  • Relationship-driven approach with ability to influence contractors, architects, and business owners
