Medical Back Office Associate Role

A highly structured, repetitive medical role in a clinical setting, requiring meticulous record-keeping and adherence to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage templated clinician/clinic communications via approved channels, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Keep patient records accurate, up-to-date, and secure, adhering to strict data protection policies.
  • Triage inbound responses, utilizing pre-defined flows and update trackers as needed.
  • Conduct end-of-day quality assurance checks, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in medical scribe, hospital administration, pharmacy back-office, RCM, insurance back-office, or clinic coordinator roles (or equivalent fresher with a passion for process work).
  • Strong written communication skills in English and ability to work methodically without improvisation.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs and basic knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is advantageous.
  • Confidential mindset, prioritizing accuracy over speed.
Work Arrangements:
  • Standard UK hours (typically 13:30–22:30 IST, Mon–Fri, BST/GMT adjusted).
