Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advanced CPU Verification Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, building, and executing DFT verification for advanced processor architecture-based CPU cores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pre-silicon verification test plans for DFT features of next-generation Zen-architecture-based CPU Cores.
  • Create directed and random verification tests to fully validate DFT functionality.
  • Verify DFT design blocks and subsystems using complex SV or C++ verification environments.
  • Debug regression test failures to expose specification and implementation issues.
  • Collaborate with architects and hardware engineers to understand new features to be verified.
  • Estimate the time required to write new feature tests and any required changes to the test environment.
  • Debug test failures to determine the root cause and work with RTL engineers to resolve design defects.
Requirements
  • Proficient in IP/SoC level ASIC verification.
  • Proficient in debugging RTL code using simulation tools.
  • Proficient in using UVM testbenches and working in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Experienced with Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++.
  • Strong background in the C++ language, preferably on Linux with exposure to Windows platform.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in UVM concepts and SystemVerilog language.
  • CPU architecture knowledge is desirable.
