Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP on cloud, technical architecture, and solution design.

  • Migrate SAP systems to the cloud, utilizing tools such as SWPM export/import and DMO (SUM tool).
  • Evaluate customers' landscapes, assess readiness for migration, and develop structured plans for successful delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in migrating SAP workloads to the cloud and provide recommendations to overcome technical blockers.
  • Utilize knowledge of technical architectures and solution design to drive migrations.
  • Develop and implement backup strategies, patch management, and migration strategies.
  • Manage SAP OS/DB certifications and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Perform hands-on experience with SAP system installation, upgrade, patching, migration, performance optimization, and downtime minimization.
  • Administer SAP Basis/NetWeaver environments and design scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Expertise in SAP backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, and system upgrade processes.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and configure SAP systems effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP on cloud, technical architecture, and solution design.
  • Knowledge of backup strategy, patch management, and migration strategies.
  • SAP OS/DB Certified Professional.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system installation, upgrade, patching, migration, performance optimization, and downtime minimization.
  • Expertise in SAP Basis/NetWeaver administration, infrastructure design, and backup and recovery.
