Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Recording: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Closing Activities: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules with precision to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation to support internal and external audits and assist in responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
