This role is ideal for a talented and highly motivated visual design lead to join our organization. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that align with our brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have complete ownership of ideating, visualizing, and creating new ideas & design campaigns for all relevant sales channels in both offline and online space. He/She will work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to develop innovative graphic designs. The key guidelines to be followed include layout, uniformity of branding elements, colour palette, font style, design language, etc.

He/She must also brainstorm ideas and concepts with the marketing team, help layout a detailed social media grid pattern and design language, create digital ads, coordinate with external agencies, manage brand shoots from a technical point of view, ensure uniformity of branding elements and verify all proofs.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with expertise in advertising agency, specifically with leading FMCG brands in the Food and Beverage category or an FMCG brand. Experience with luxury, international, or lifestyle brands is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Graphics, Design and Visual Principles, Design Principles Layouts, Colour, Fonts, Proportions Themes etc.
