The Role of Regional Treasury Manager India

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all cash management functions, including cash concentration, account funding, and ensuring adequate liquidity for working capital and long-term needs.

You will also be responsible for implementing and upgrading cash and trade products to improve the cash cycle and simplify treasury operations. Additionally, you will manage business/equity valuations related to capital injections and restructuring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow management, investments, and borrowings
  • Implement FX exposure management process in line with global policy
  • Manage end-to-end Fx exposure management process
  • Lead capital / financial restructuring exercises
  • Manage business/equity valuations relating to capital injections and capital restructuring activities
  • Lead WoCa / Cash Flow analytics
  • Execution of Treasury Operations activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Operations and daily cash flow management
  • Strong understanding of banking, payment and settlement systems, and FEMA
  • Good knowledge of FX Exposure Management
  • Thorough understanding of Internal Audit function
  • In-depth understanding of FEMA and FDI guidelines
