Job Title: Software Development Engineer in Test

The role involves driving quality across teams and disciplines, working on complex enterprise applications, and collaborating with functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop testing strategies for large-scale applications.
  • Influence quality standards across organizations.
  • Develop strong object-oriented programming skills with languages like C# and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Perform UI and RESTful API testing using Postman, SOAPUI, and Swagger-Open API Specs.
  • Work with UI automation tools like Selenium and modern tools like Playwright or Cypress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in software development and testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like shell and PowerShell.
Good to Have Qualifications:
  • Experience as a team leader on complex projects.
  • Understanding of NoSQL databases like Mongo DB and Influx.
  • Theoretical knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
  • Conceptual understanding of CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Ability to work in WSL or Linux environments.
