Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle APEX developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex information systems using Oracle APEX and Oracle Database products.

  • The successful candidate will lead the APEX team and drive key projects, managing application support for Channel Management applications on the Oracle APEX platform.
  • They will finalize and enhance key development standards and own IT SOX controls for the application.
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and implementing features and code using Oracle Application Express (APEX), as well as performing requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
  • The ideal candidate will also write and optimize PL/SQL code for data manipulation and retrieval, develop and maintain stored procedures, packages, and functions in PL/SQL, and collaborate with other developers and project managers to enhance database functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database products is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database design is required.
  • Experience with JavaScript and other relevant technologies is desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to assist in the design of complex information systems that integrate with existing solutions.
  • They should also be able to understand business requirements and overall system architecture, document multiple solutions, and choose the best solution based on criteria.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, are necessary.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required.
  • At least three plus years of relevant experience in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python, RPA Automation, and related skills is desirable.
