The ideal candidate will be creative, outgoing and detail-oriented, responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, athletes and creators in the fashion, lifestyle and fitness space.
  • Managing influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiating collaboration deals that deliver return on investment.
  • Ensuring a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, user-generated content) for marketing purposes.
  • Building long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches and events.
  • Tracking key performance indicators: engagement, reach, conversions and ROI from collaborations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear or lifestyle preferred).
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content trends, Instagram and YouTube.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • A passion for fashion, streetwear and youth culture.
