About This Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Data Owner Lead. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation through data modernization and advanced analytics.
  • You will work closely with technology and business partners to execute data requirements and manage change from legacy to modernized data.
Key Responsibilities
  • Document Data Requirements: Coordinate with technology and business partners to manage change from legacy to modernized data.
  • Model Data for Efficient Querying: Utilize business data dictionary and metadata to model data for efficient querying and use in LLMs.
  • Develop Data Product Ideas: Create prototypes for productizing datasets by understanding analytics needs.
  • Natural Language Querying: Develop proof of concepts and collaborate with stakeholders to rollout capabilities.
  • Team Management: Manage direct or matrixed staff to execute data-related tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling for relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.
  • Expertise in data technologies such as analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, data warehousing, data management & governance, and AWS cloud solutions.
  • Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning toolkits (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
  • Knowledge of open data standards, data taxonomy and vocabularies, and metadata management.
  • Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision in complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in leading data engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
