Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces for our mobile app, ensuring that they are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our users.
  • Prototyping and Testing: You will create rapid prototypes and mock-ups to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring that they are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • User-Centered Design: You will take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs to ensure that they meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other team members, including front-end developers and stakeholders, to ensure that design and development efforts are aligned and effective.
  • Communication: You will present design concepts, communicate ideas, and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile app design.
  • Skills: Proficient in working with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Invision, as well as having a strong understanding of Google Material Design guidelines and Lean UX processes.
  • Portfolio: A strong Behance or Dribbble portfolio is required, showcasing your design skills and experience.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience in designing mobile apps for an Indian audience is preferred, and you should be a compulsive problem-solver with excellent visualization, collaboration, and communication skills.

Salary Estimate: ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
