A leading organization is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role involves facilitating volunteering opportunities, conducting project needs assessments, and developing execution frameworks.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in social development projects, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with large Corporate or Non-Government Organizations. They must be agile, focused, and people-friendly, with a strong analytical mindset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate volunteering opportunities for CSR Volunteers in consultation with the CSR Team member and Unit CSR focal point.
  • Conduct thorough project needs assessments and develop problem tree analysis using a Logical Framework Matrix.
  • Develop project execution frameworks and micro planning for projects including multiple stages.
  • Organize meetings with CSR Volunteers Leaders and convey agendas as needed.
  • Initiate project implementation processes independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders in prescribed formats.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Social Studies, Social Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Familiarity with project planning, management, execution, budgeting, and adherence to timelines.
  • Knowledge of project needs assessment tools, techniques, and strategies.
  • Ability to work agilely, maintain high energy levels, focus on tasks, and exhibit analytical skills.
  • Willingness to participate in community development projects based on organizational needs and objectives.
