About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of engineers and support specialists in delivering remote performance monitoring and advisory services for process plants. As a Technical Advisory Services Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through high-value recommendations and strategic partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of experts to coordinate proactive analysis of process plant performance, ensuring the technical integrity of Operations Analysis reports, and developing customized solutions to resolve operations issues specific to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining databases, scheduling feedback sessions, and supporting InSite demos and presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments. A minimum Chemical engineering graduate degree and 10+ years of experience in the process industry are required, preferably in ammonia processes.
