Job Description:

Murex Implementations Project Manager

Experience level: 15+ years experience in Murex implementations.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage our Murex upgrade program from an offshore location. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Murex architecture, implementation, and project management.

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program.
  • End-to-end execution of the project, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation, as well as critical path activity identification and solution development.
  • Status updates for all stakeholders and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • 6+ years of experience in Murex project management & program management.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office).
  • Offshore delivery management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
