Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cisco Network Engineer to lead our network operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco ACI, Next Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Citrix Load Balancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L3 design, implementation, and support of multi-pod and multi-site Cisco ACI networks, including tenant constructs, application network profiles, contracts, fabric access policies, L3 extensions, routing, and L3 policies.
  • Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load balancer products.
  • In-depth understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with routing and switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix, and Cisco ACI.
  • Provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support in rotation shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed.
  • Troubleshoot traffic flows via underlay and overlay.
  • Develop strong documentation skills.
  • Design and implement advanced network solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.
  • Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers.
  • Manage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Oversee deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team.
  • Assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution.
  • Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Maintain network documentation and standards.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL framework and service management.
