Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dy Manager/Senior Exe to oversee and manage end-to-end testing activities for one or more applications within the Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems, ensuring functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration with trading, clearing, and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand the functional requirements of Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives trading, risk management, and settlement modules; prepare test plans and estimations; manage design, documentation, and execution of test cases; allocate testers; manage defects and bug reporting; coordinate with Delivery Manager for release management; monitor SOP adherence.
  2. Report test progress to stakeholders, including business, technology, and compliance teams.
  3. Participate in Exchange Mock Trading and Market Simulation Activities for both Cash and Derivatives segments.
  4. Participate in Internal Audit activities of SOP and regulatory compliance checks.
  5. Monitor process implementation as per defined SOP and exchange regulatory guidelines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree (preferred) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology (with a good academic record).
  • A minimum of one testing certification from a reputable institute (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience managing testing activities in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
  • Direct experience in Equity Cash and/or Equity Derivatives exchange systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with trading life cycle, order matching engines, market data dissemination, and post-trade processes.
