Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software systems for both on-chain and off-chain components.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of technical designs, APIs, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across various system components.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Rust programming language with extensive experience in its ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years focused on Solana blockchain.
  • Ability to lead the development team in writing performant and optimized code.
  • Hands-on experience in building full-stack Solana Web3 applications from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Strong understanding of token standards, including fungible and non-fungible tokens.
  • Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, such as DEX aggregators, automated market makers, and liquidity management.
  • Research and development skills with the ability to prototype quickly under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with Solana blockchain.
