Job Title:

Staffing Operations Manager

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment of contract employees.
  • Manage or oversee the entire recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations related to contract staffing through thorough background checks, reference verification, and offer negotiations as per client requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, or talent acquisition specialists, setting clear goals and tracking KPIs for performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to improve recruiter effectiveness, serving as the primary point of contact for internal hiring managers or external clients.
  • Recruitment Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
  • Leverage various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies to identify top talent.
  • Utilize data and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM) to manage candidate flow efficiently.
  • Supervise recruiters, coordinators, or sources focused on contract staffing and manage third-party vendors or staffing partners involved in contract placements.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Regularly update leadership on recruitment metrics and hiring progress, providing insights to inform future workforce planning.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.
  • Analyze data to optimize hiring processes and resource allocation, driving informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in contract staffing
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS)
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess staffing metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve staffing processes
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations related to contract staffing
