Job Description

We offer a comprehensive portfolio of products catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry. As a Deputy Manager - Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading part and assembly development from concept to production
  • Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Designing and developing jigs, fixtures, and tools for efficient manufacturing

You will collaborate with Quality, R&D, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Your role will involve facilitating communication between departments to align project goals and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling
  • Proficiency in design software for jig, fixture, and tool development
  • Experience with lean tools and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and project management skills
