Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom application development and integration with other systems, as well as expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator.

As a Senior Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for developing custom applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients. You will work closely with the team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating Deluge code, functions, and workflows
  • Writing complex scripts to automate business processes and improve application functionality
  • Managing the entire development life cycle, from concept to production
  • Maintaining technical documentation
  • Integrating Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Using the Deluge scripting language to customize Zoho applications to align with specific business processes and requirements
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator
  • Proficient in custom application development and integration with other systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of BI & Data Analytics is an advantage
  • Zoho certification is a plus
