Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Architect to join our team at AltrumAI. This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge AI systems that enable our platform to understand, generate, and transform natural language in dynamic and novel ways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Advanced Generative AI Models: You will design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI models for NLP tasks such as language generation, text completion, summarisation, machine translation, dialogue systems, and other generative text applications.
  • Build Scalable Machine Learning Pipelines: You will build, fine-tune, and optimise large-scale transformer-based models such as GPTs, BERT, T5, and other cutting-edge architectures to drive product features.
  • Research and Experiment with Novel Techniques: You will research and experiment with novel generative techniques, including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal learning, to enhance the capabilities of AltrumAI.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative models into user-facing applications, ensuring high-quality performance, low-latency inference, and seamless UX/UI integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a proven track record in Generative AI and NLP.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy, and NLTK.
  • Hands-on experience working with large datasets, training LLMs, and using techniques such as transfer learning, fine-tuning, and model distillation to optimise models for specific tasks.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable machine learning pipelines for training and inference, utilising frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
