About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement robust reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: CA/CMA qualification or equivalent, with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Expertise in working with large datasets, proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Oracle Hyperion tools.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience working in a multi-country setup.
