About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Systems Expert who can provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation.
  • Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience in embedded system development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with IoT applications and gen AI integration, knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to embedded systems, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools are highly desirable but not essential.
