AI Trainer Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to train the next generation of AI/ML professionals. As an experienced trainer, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cater to diverse skill levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Create structured course materials, including slide decks, coding exercises, case studies, and hands-on projects, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Develop up-to-date curriculum content to reflect advancements in technology and industry trends.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on AI, ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Python programming.
  • Adapt your delivery style to suit varying learner needs, from beginners to advanced learners.
  • Mentorship and Support: Provide one-on-one mentorship, address individual doubts, and offer constructive feedback to learners.
  • Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and suggest strategies for growth.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessments to evaluate learners' understanding and skill levels.
  • Analyze results, provide detailed performance feedback, and help learners set goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Math, Statistics)
  • 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML, training, or related fields
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in AI, ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Python.
  • Tools and Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and R Programming.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to explain complex concepts simply, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
