Role Overview

As a skilled automation tester, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts for various Murex modules.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure seamless functionality across Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Interfaces, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing of automation tools to identify defects and improve overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Maintain compliance with industry testing standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Murex testing with hands-on knowledge of automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture, workflows (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Accounting, and Interfaces), and ability to write complex queries for test data validation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar) for automation and experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SQL database management.
