Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in life insurance and sales.

  • Candidates with prior experience in Life Insurance will be preferred.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring customers through the strategic utilization of banks' databases, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
  • This role involves ensuring the timely completion of medical reports and facilitating the issuance of policy documents.
  • The ideal candidate will also explore opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with the company's sales strategy.
  • Additionally, the selected professional will provide support to other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team as requested by the sales manager, focusing on coaching them in company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills, while accompanying them on client visits and modeling relevant behavior.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales through any insurance channel is required. We welcome candidates from both insurance and banking backgrounds.
  • Prior experience or education in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is mandatory.
  • A graduation degree is essential.
  • A good track record and employment stability are must-haves.
