At Destm Technologies, we're seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead to spearhead the development of our e-commerce platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable, robust, and performant systems using MERN technologies.

About the Role

We're offering a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, to lead our frontend team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in system architecture, software development, and/or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design highly scalable, robust, and performant systems for our e-commerce platform.
  • Lead the execution of our technology strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive architecture blueprint that outlines the structure and operation of our technology landscape.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, suggesting integration methods as needed.
  • Collaborate with various team members to implement designs and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with React and Redux.
  • Proficiency in React testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Next.js is a plus.
  • Experience with React code optimization.
  • Strong experience in architecting and building applications with Frontend Technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural styles and design patterns.
