Job Overview

As a senior executive engineer, you will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge engineering principles across our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative tools, frameworks, and dashboards to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and opportunities for technical advancement.
  • Promote and drive adoption of modern development practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Analyze key engineering metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Mentor and train engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

Key Qualifications:

You will require a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence, process excellence, and hands-on experience with biopharma equipment.
