- Take the lead in presenting meaningful insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Actively engage in problem-solving activities, leveraging innovative approaches to contribute to the development of creative data solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science). Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience of 4-7 years as a Data Analyst.
- Experience in a senior or lead data analyst role or similar positions.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for collaboration.
- Familiarity with DBT is a plus.
- Knowledge of A/B testing principles to evaluate and optimize website/application changes.
