Job Title:

Senior Media Strategist

This position involves leading the development of comprehensive media plans that drive business results.

  • Expertise in digital media strategy and planning, with a proven track record of driving growth through effective media planning and buying strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Experience with relevant platform tools such as DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google Adwords tools, Facebook tools, and media research tools like Comscore, GWI, TGI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop quality standards for planning deliverables, including media recommendation templates and post-campaign analyses.
  2. Collaborate with other team leads to develop best practices and optimize workflow enhancements.
  3. Lead non-client specific projects to enhance capabilities, improve work quality, or increase efficiency/optimization.
  4. Manage the development of strategic presentations, tactical presentations, and post-campaign analyses.
  5. Provide guidance for process and workflow enhancements, capability growth, improved work quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  6. Participate in new business pitches, working with the leadership team to develop plans and presentations.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  8. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
  9. Motivate, lead, and manage internal teams to drive programs that meet clients' performance and business objectives.
  10. Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
