The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) with 2–4 years of experience in a digital-first company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, creativity, and usability, and be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.

The role requires collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered products.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
    • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
    • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
