Smart Factory Architect

We are seeking an experienced Smart Factory Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Define comprehensive solution contexts that align with customer needs and expectations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Present and defend proposals to customer stakeholders, highlighting technical and functional solutions.
- Develop reusable quality content for proposal and capability presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing operations, including Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, IIOT for CPG domain, Auto Aero, or CPG manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading presales activities for Industry 4.0, IIOT.
- Possess end-to-end Industry 4.0, IIOT experience with smart factory use cases, including Manufacturing operation intelligence and insights, Predictive Maintenance, Predictive Quality, Golden batch Plant control tower, using Azure IOT, AWS IOT implementation.
- Implement connecting manufacturing shop floor systems, including Machine PLCs, SCADA historians, DCS, MES, MOM, LIMS, ERP, and CMMS systems for various sites.
- Experience large-scale multi-site implementation with Azure, AWS, or other Edge, Apache KAFKA streaming analytics, Data Modeling, SQL, No SQL, Document Graph, Time series, Micro services, and data AI analytics at large scale Industrialized.
- Familiarity with international standards like RAMI 4.0, Industrial internet Consortium.
- Maintain Manufacturing consulting experience and Business orientation and consulting mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
