About the Role

At Recruitfy, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance yst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial analysis, developing forecasts, and supporting decision-making processes through detailed reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis

Evaluate financial statements, cash flows, and budgets to provide insights into the company's performance and future prospects.

Investment Analysis

Assess real estate investment opportunities, calculate ROI, and conduct market research to ensure profitable investments.

Risk Management

Identify financial risks associated with real estate deals and ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Cost Analysis

Monitor costs related to development, construction, and acquisitions to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Reporting and Compliance

Prepare reports for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial laws and company policies.

Strategic Financial Guidance

Provide advice on capital allocation, debt management, and financial strategies to enhance profitability and growth.

Market Trend Analysis

Monitor and analyze market trends, such as property values, interest rates, and economic conditions, to inform investment and development strategies.

Financial Forecasting

Develop long-term financial forecasts based on market conditions, company goals, and project timelines to guide future investments and expansions.

M&A Evaluation

Assess mergers and acquisitions, evaluate the financial health of target companies, and determine the financial benefits and risks involved in such deals.

Portfolio Management

Manage and optimize the company's real estate portfolio by analyzing asset performance, selling underperforming properties, and investing in high-potential assets.

Loan and Debt Management

Work closely with financial institutions to secure loans for property development or acquisition and manage existing debt to minimize interest costs and financial risks.

Capital Expenditure Oversight

Oversee capital expenditures for real estate projects to ensure that funds are allocated efficiently and align with the company's financial goals.

Collaboration with Other Departments

Stakeholder Communication
