About The Role

This is an opportunity to take your career to the next level as our Security Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security features and capabilities for AppArmor, the security module protecting all users. You will work closely with our community and customers to drive innovation and improve the security of millions of people.

You will lead and develop a team of engineers, ranging from graduate to senior, and coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback. You will identify and measure team health indicators, implement disciplined engineering processes, and represent your team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers.

We are looking for someone who has exceptional academic and professional credentials, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and a passion for developing and growing people. You should have solid experience working in an agile development environment and be proficient in C and Linux kernel development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
