Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and identify issues for continuous improvement.
  • Handle tasks independently.
  • Document control (Gad, ITP, Procedure, ISO documentation, Inspection reports, NCR-CAPA).
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop controls and improvements.
  • Evaluate workflows, processes, and products against safety regulations.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Review codes, specifications, and processes.
  • Verify Raw material and inspect bought out components.
  • Train staff to improve quality and reduce rejections.
  • Prepare Incoming Inspection report using checklist.
  • Prepare Inspection Report on time.
  • Maintain Rejection, Rework records.
  • Monitor department-level 5'S.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in quality engineering, quality Assurance/Control, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII).
  • ISO knowledge.
  • Familiar with 7 QC tools.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas processes preferred.
  • Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding, Design skills.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking skills.
  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection skills.
  • Experience in Quality Auditing and Management.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
