Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist

This role is a key contributor to the development and execution of creative duties on multiple brands from various industries. Responsibilities include campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and showcase for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and scripts to clients across various brands.
  • Ensure creative work meets award-winning standards and pursue relevant awards to recognize team achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and creative tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Break down complex briefs to junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process from idea to final product upload for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay informed about brand needs at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and online developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources and provide direction.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create appealing content.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content proactively.
