Job Title:

Design and Deliver Applications with Excellence

We are seeking a skilled Application Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of applications that meet business objectives.

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing application development projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality applications that meet user needs and adhere to best practices in development and configuration. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitate communication, and resolve issues effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth and development of our application portfolio by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. You should be proficient in ServiceNow IT Service Management and have experience with application design and development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Experience with application design and development methodologies.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Information:

This is a full-time position based at our office location. A minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required. A 15-year full-time education is also necessary for this role.
