Job Summary

We seek a seasoned SAP EHS expert to join our team and drive the implementation of a Project Management approach for the SAP EHS solution in the Long Segment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transformation steps, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, Request For Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management, etc.

  • Manage the implementation and roll-out of the SAP EHS solution using a Project Management approach along with a technical approach.
  • Contribute to the strategy of the EHS Domain, participate in the 5-year plan, and assess that the transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management approach for SAP EHS solution implementation.
  • Transformation steps, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, etc.
  • Strategy contribution, 5-year plan participation, and assessment of transformations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
  • SAP customizing in SAP EHS module.
  • ABAP skills are a plus. Ability to understand and resolve issues, debugging skills.
  • Deep business processes knowledge of Health and Safety activity.
  • Business Process Modelling, good communication skills, ability to train others, synthesis spirit, autonomous.

Preferred Attributes:

  • SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like MM and HR.
  • Efficient communication at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
  • Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, other departments, and within an ecosystem of partners to maximize performance, initiatives, problem-solving, and results.

Language Skills:

  • English (fluent).
  • French as a competitive advantage.
  • Any other language will be considered as a plus.
