Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, customize and optimize HubSpot to support Sales Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Build processes: Create automations workflows and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and clean data across the system.
  • Enable the team: Train users enforce best practices and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Drive Insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline performance and retention.
  • Support Growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management scoring and customer journey tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations APIs and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
