Job Title: Business Intelligence Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Solutions Developer to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions. Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per year.

Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for developing data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement robust data warehouse solutions using Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
  • Create and optimize ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Build and maintain dimensional and star schema data models.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.
  • Create visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports.
  • Optimize report performance and user experience.
  • Create multidimensional models (OLAP cubes) to support complex analytical queries.
  • Design and implement data models that are efficient and scalable.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and maintain BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the BI field.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
  • Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
  • Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse architecture.
  • Familiarity with data modeling techniques (dimensional and star schema).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
