We are a dynamic and creative team seeking an Interior Design Professional to join our ranks. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' unique visions to life through the creation of functional and beautiful spaces.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential homes to commercial offices. You will have the chance to collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project execution, and develop strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:- Assist in space planning and develop design concepts that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Create detailed construction drawings and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that complement the design aesthetic.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in space planning and interior design principles.
- Experience with interior and construction drawings, including AutoCAD or similar software.
- Knowledge of FF&E, including furniture selection and layout planning.
- Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with design software and tools, including SketchUp or Revit.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
