• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Music or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Possess 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience, demonstrating expertise in training students for recitals, performances, or competitions.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
