Job Title: Junior Architect

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending key project meetings, communicating and coordinating with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing architectural designs and plans to prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contributing to concept design, furniture design, finishing details, and detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coordinating interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assisting in research and coordination of materials and products as per project's amenity and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Having an eye for details and being highly creative.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
