Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions Architect Lead to join our team at Datamatics. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for driving best practices in solutions architecture and ensuring that our technology strategies align with business objectives.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working as a solution architect, with a strong background in gathering and interpreting business requirements and translating them into market-leading digital solutions.


You will be responsible for creating compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business and legal requirements, as well as policy. This includes delivering architectural designs, prototyping, business and logical views, and providing functional and technical guidance to stakeholders and delivery teams.


The role also involves controlling relevant knowledge and intellectual property of our core platforms and understanding their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential, and limitations. You will be a champion for quality and technical excellence.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Gather, analyze, and manage business and solution requirements and translate them into best-of-breed solutions that are aligned to the Bupa strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business and legal requirements, as well as policy.
  • Deliver architectural designs, prototyping, business and logical views, and create patterns and input into the IT strategy and target architectures.
  • Support delivery teams during delivery to ensure solution integrity and provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Control relevant knowledge and intellectual property of our core platforms and understand their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential, and limitations.

Requirements:



  • Extensive experience of working as a solution architect, with additional experience as a business or solutions analyst, developer, tester, or similar project environment.
  • Strong experience of working across a broad range of technologies including integration technologies, content management systems, .net technologies and Microsoft stack, identity and access management, CRM (Dynamics / Salesforce), and working knowledge of architectural principles.
  • Understanding and experience of Generative AI and proven experience of gathering, interpreting, and managing business requirements and translating them into market-leading digital solutions and the full project lifecycle.
  • Exposure and passion for new and emerging technologies and trends.
  • Motivated and confident self-starter who uses initiative and drive to get things done.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working with different internal stakeholder groups, as well as external suppliers.
