  6. Knowledge Sharing: Establish and lead technology forums, communities of practice, or knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization, fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation among engineering teams.
  7. Engineering Effectiveness: Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand pain points and challenges faced by engineering teams, working towards identifying and resolving technical issues and improving overall engineering effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in software development and 5+ years as a senior architect or similar role in a product-based company.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in designing and delivering complex software architectures.
  • Proven track record of driving scalability, performance, and reliability in production environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of technologies, platforms, and programming languages.
  • Experience setting up and contributing to technology forums, communities, or knowledge sharing initiatives.
