We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Travel Planning: Plan and book travel arrangements for business or leisure trips, taking into account client preferences and budget constraints.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on destinations, travel trends, and industry news to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and packages for our clients.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients about travel itineraries, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Education: Educate clients on cancellation policies, refunds, and penalties associated with travel bookings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on financial performance and spending against approved targets.
Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary, B.A, or Any Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient negotiation and sales skills
  • Well-read on the rules and regulations of tourism
Preferred Skills:
  • Bilingualism
  • Basic computer skills and software like MS Office
