Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in data science, including time series modeling, classification techniques, regression, model evaluation, and interpretation.
  • Deep proficiency in DataRobot, including navigating the platform, building and deploying models, understanding predictions and insights, and user enablement.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DataRobot and AutoML within the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs and onboarding sessions for diverse user groups.
  • Lead support calls, live demos, and office hours to foster engagement and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with business units and IT to identify and implement high-impact use cases.
