Lead Project Manager Role

 

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for project management and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates to stakeholders and managing project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
  • No less than 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
